Huipeng Enterprise (formerly as Foshan Nanhai District Guanyao Huipeng Ceramics Factory was established in 1999) is located in the ceramics industrial park of Guzhen Town, Yuncheng District, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province; it was transferred from Foshan City in 2009. It is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of antique floor tiles, exterior wall tiles, corrugated tiles, Siwa and moisture-proof bricks. At present, the flag is divided into four main brands: “Jiu Fang”, “Lanpo”, “Viking” and “Yijia”. It is located in the famous historical and cultural city known as Ceramic capital, China ceramic headquarters---Foshan, Guangdong province. Products are exported to Europe and the United States, the Middle East, Africa and other countries. The company occupies more than 600 acres and introduces 6 international advanced production lines. It has more than 800 employees and an annual output of 10 million square meters.
Customer Analysis
Due to the local economic reasons of Yunfu, the update of the grid has not kept up for a while, and it has been subject to unstable voltages and even power outages. Due to the impact of lightning, there is a lot of troubles caused by instantaneous power outages, especially during the thunderstorm season at the turn of spring and summer. Records show that Huipeng flashed 28 times a year at most; although it may take 2 seconds at a time, it brings direct economic losses, including indirect losses: safety hazards, labor, etc. Undoubtedly it is a huge problem for production companies.
Solution
Fortunately, when Huipeng purchased UPS, he chose SIXSTAR. It was put into use in September 2015. After the UPS was installed, one flash-stop occurred at the end of October 2015. Other motor equipments without UPS basically stopped working, but the gas station and kiln carried by the UPS，the aspect were not affected by the flash-stop.
